Here are the promised pictures from Clothesline Club that I went to on Tuesday. These are pictures of the show and tell part of our meeting. I'm just going to show you all of them, making it more "show" than "tell".
I hope you enjoyed all the photos! We really have a good time getting together and playing with 1930's fabrics. The picture above shows just a few of the large selection at Quilts Etc. Everyone in the club is so enjoyable and talented:)
I just love Sandra who teaches the club - she brings so much energy and lots of fun every meeting.

What great pictures! I'm so glad you shared! I just love that triangle quilt and the yellow, blue and red pickle dish(is that what you call it)/wedding ring quilt. So wonderful!

I fell in love with the quilt that is the 16th and 17th image from the top of the page - it's the one with all the triangles! Is there a pattern for that quilt that is available for purchase? It is so old-fashioned looking and gorgeous! Thanks!

ReplyDeleteThe pattern is called "1,000 Pyramids" - and yes, she said there are one thousand of them!
It's an old traditionsl pattern- I can ask her about it next month.
She used civil war repro fabrics.
By the way, she has also handquilted it!
Yes I'm jealous. Love the aprons. Love the fun clothespin hanger. Love the quilts. All darling. And the fabric - sigh. So "us". I always love to see what you are up to. Makes me smile.
