Kassidy has a party....

This is what I have been doing this week....the newest block to add to my paper dolls quilt that I am teaching at Material Girls in South Jordan.
I have had several email me about this club....so for your info, Nadine is cutting monthly kits and shipping to those of you who live out of state and are interested in this monthly applique club....give her a call at 801-495-4290. For those of you who live near me, (or Material Girls) you can sign up for kits at the shop.

Whew....I finished this block just in the nick of time because tomorrow is my day to go to Quilts Etc. and choose the fabric for the next block in my Family Reunion quilt.
Once again, I couldn't have done it without Kassidy who faithfully did all of the backstitching at her grandma's house while I was away on my retreat! It was so nice to come home and have that part already done.
A big THANKS to my little stunt double!

  4. How is it possible that the blocks just keep getting cuter? How wonderful to have stunt double. I'd love one of those that cooks and cleans while I play...

  18. I just noticed you're using a check as the background like gingham so the back-stitching is easier. Smartie pants! I'm going to call and get my hands on a few blocks too.
