I'm going to tell you how to make the fastest most delicious pumpkin cookies ever!You've heard me talk about my friend Linda no-blog before ...right?
Well, she shared this recipe with me so I thought I would share it with you because I think it's a keeper!
All you need are the three ingredients above...*spice cake mix
*small can of pumpkin (15 oz.)
*1 cup chocolate chips
Mix the can of pumpkin with the dry cake mix until smooth...add the chocolate chips....
...and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.This recipe makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies...a perfect treat on a crisp fall day.

ReplyDelete1 spice, white or yellow cake mix
15 oz pumpkin
1/4 c water
Mix. Spoon batter into 12 well greased muffin pans, no papers needed. Bake 20-25 min. until set. Cook in pan. Optional: choc chips, nuts, cin & sugar on top.
Yum, yum, yum! I made these with my two sons (5 & 4...perfect for little ones!) and they were so yummy and easy! (Not to mention how delicious they make the house smell.) Thanks for sharing the recipe!
