I listen to all kinds of music

 and have created several playlists 

on iTunes and Pandora 

but the playlist that I created 

for my blog is very personal 

to me because it's the music 

that my grandma always had playing

 on her record player or radio.

I also remember my mom 

singing these songs...

especially Doris Day....

and sometimes she still does!!!

The sound of my mother singing 

is so endearing to me...

the sweet sound of a happy mother.

There have been a few 

suggestions

 that I only have my music start

 if the play button is pushed.

Good idea!!!

 So I have moved my music 

to the top of my blog in plain sight

 so that you can easily 

push the arrow to play

 my music selections if you

 want to sing along with me.

I know that you can't hear me singing...

but trust me...I am:) 

I have moved it over 

onto the top left side...

do you see it?...

good:)

So push the arrow and

 sing along with me!

Next up will be my promised tutorial...I'm shooting for Friday:)

Inside Millie's Closet...and a Vintage Monday!

Hi Cute people!...

Just a quick post to let you know that I'm still here...

 and having a great time playing with 

Millie's Closet!

This is the gray/yellow/green

 color way in the line.

There are 8 prints in this color way...

And 2 solids.

One is my very favorite Apple Green 

and the other I'm so excited about!!  

It's a light gray that I picked

 to go in this line....

I chose it because I wanted 

a gray that looks like vintage linen...

and it looks so fabulous with

 all 28 pieces in the line!!!

For this photo shoot I added one of my vintage purses and a sweet vintage pair of long white gloves with pearl buttons.

 I'm sure they were worn to at least

 one prom...

 a ladies luncheon...

 and also on several Easter Sundays:)

Along with this adorable vintage hat...

one of my very favorites in my collection.

I think they go very well with the gray/yellow/green 

color way of Millie's Closet.
