I Heart Pom-Pom Trim!...

Especially this jumbo size...

Isn't it sew fun!

It's part of the brand new sewing notions line by Riley Blake called Sew Together.

I've been having fun using "Sew Together" products as I'm designing new patterns and samples with my Sew Cherry fabric line...

I'm using the pom-pom's for 3 projects using these Sew Cherry Stripes...Sew Cherry Dots and Sew Cherry Ginghams...

And also these...

And these too.
I am really loving the way they turned out and I hope you do too when I'm finally able to show you:)
In the meantime girls...I'm still as busy as a bee in my studio preparing for Spring Market and I have pretty much used up all of the precuts and 5 yard cuts that were sent to me last month to design with.
Needless to say...I am now waiting impatiently for my bolts to arrive so that I have plenty to work with!

A few weeks ago Kassidy took this picture of me doing some applique.
She was trying to get my attention...lol...not an easy thing to do when I'm working.
I tend to live in my own little world when I'm in the middle of a project...or two...or 50!..haha...don't you?

Have a great Monday girls...and I'd love to know what you are up to!
xx

Ha! Not only do you look like the sweet little girl in your title photo this is a genius way of avoiding the kids arguing and the husband calling. Can't tell you how often I have to stop to attend to the nonsense. Genius...Smiles...Renee

Every time I see Pom Pom's I think of you. The trim is going to look so cute on your new patterns.
Have you been listening to some good books while you sew?

I can't wait for:
1. Sew Cherry to be available for ME to purchase.

2. Market to be done so we can see what you've been stitching.

3. Sew Cherry to be available for ME to purchase.

4. Your bolts to arrive so you can keep stitching away.

5. Sew Cherry to be available for ME to purchase.

I am drooling over this fabric. Yumm. I am in need of finishing up a quilt. The top's done, now I just need to steel my nerves and quilt it up. Then I'll have to bind it. My first time binding . . . Scary but fun.

Plus my friend has talked me into sewing up Easter dresses this week.

I have eight Easter dresses to sew this week. Three dresses and a skirt for my own children, two dresses for my personal trainer, and then helping (or doing) two dresses for a friend. My baby is sick and has been throwing up since Thursday, so my sewing today is shot because we have to go to the Doctor.
Good luck with getting your projects done, I am going to need some of it to get mine done.

I just adore the big pom poms with the red fabric! I am working on a baby quilt for a special little guy due in July. I needed to get a head start because I always have a few projects going at once! Happy quilting!

Thats a cute pic of you. How funny, you are so in the zone. The jumbo balls look so cute next to your darling fabric. Can't wait to get my hands on it! It seems like it has been way longer than 10 days since we had lunch and talked about when it is hitting stores. Tapping foot.

Nice to see a picture of you where you have identified yourself in it.

I am going to Market next week, too. I will be excited to see your fabric and meet you directly.

Love your work.
