Can't wait to get my hands on some of this fabric! I really love the green polka dots with the flowers! I think it would make a beautiful springy dress!
I have an idea for you - If you save your selvage strips, you can wind them around small 3-4" styrofoam balls. Once all the stro is covered, and you like the way they look, tuck the last piece under with a drop of Roxannes glue baste it. Then put these balls in a pretty bowl to display inyour sewing room!
I can't wait for some new cute different fabric to sew with. Sew cute. Even the bits and pieces are dreamy. Thanks for sharing...sew happy for you...smiles....Renee
Oh Lori, congratulations on getting to this stage of your creation! It must be so fun to see those little pieces of selvage with YOUR name on it! Can't wait to see what you are creating.
Save your selvages, if you decide you dont want them I will take them. I plan to make little bags out of them! I can never through away selveage either! Its all part of the material!
So cheerful! I thought that was a braided rug, the photo of the top of the jelly roll! Lol i said, she is making rugs from the fabrics to match her quilts... Lol I am enjoying catching up on your blog while spending the night in town. Love this high speed internet at the hotel. Good thing they dont have room svc here.... Id never leave. Xo
Looks like so much fun! I loved the pics of your retreat - as usual, I'm green with envy! I have a question about market for you...is this a closed market? Can anyone just walk in or is a business license needed? And when is it? I'm trying to decide if I can come and what I need to do to get in! Is it like Houston? Thx! xo, Nan
Love your fabric! I can't wait to see what you're creating. When is Spring Market? And by that I mean, how long are you going to keep us in suspense? Love the colors!
Lori, it's all so beautiful. I can hardly wait to get my hands on some. Today I ordered a pattern for a little girls dress and plan to make my granddaughter a dress when I can get my hands on your line! Hugs
